They Sold Sandwiches, Milk, Toilet Paper and Other Basic Needs of College Students and Delivered Them To the Residents and Students Around the University of Georgia. Nearly 20 Years Later Locos Is A Thriving Concept With A New Name, Locos Grill & Pub, and Has Grown To More Than Twenty Locations Throughout the Southeast.
